Vickie Kampe MeD, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 15 years experience facilitating therapy groups, counselling individuals and families in the areas of personal growth, addictions, family counselling, domestic violence, and depression and anxiety. She seeks to empower clients through increasing personal awareness and insight, by helping them identify their own strengths and resources, and establishing new and different skills to cope with life’s issues. Vickie is committed to providing confidential, caring, ethical, services to enhance the well-being of adolescents, parents, families, adults, and seniors.

Vickie practices from a client centred perspective and uses a variety of assessments and strategies to help individuals. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Gottman Style Couples Counselling. Research proves these treatment modalities are efficient, and cost effective to provide life changing results.

Vickie earned a Master’s of Educational Counselling Psychology at the University of Victoria. She has worked in school districts, non-profit organizations and volunteered on Board of Directors. Vickie has been working as a Mental Health Clinician since 2006. Currently she divides her time between working part-time as a Mental Health Clinician and private practice.
